Sunset Hill Orchard has been in the Paris family for over 70 years. In the 1940's  Fred & Ana Artz took over the already established apple tree's for their family and their community and has passed through three generations. On the property is an Ash Tree measured in 2011 as the second largest in Hillsborough County. Her crown measured at 101 feet embraces her apple tree companions and all her admirers.

Mike and Eulalie Paris bought the farm in 2009 and have shared its serenity for many years.

They themselves were married at the top of the hill in 2011 and have much to offer all types of events and gatherings.

In 2018 the Ash Tree suffered a loss to the largest branch on the tree.
